This website, created by first responders and mental health experts together, provides 24/7 live support, effective resources, and cutting-edge services to prevent and alleviate PTSD, anxiety, depression, and other frontline work-related mental health challenges.

The mission of the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation, Inc. is to be the leader in providing education, training, consultation, and support services in comprehensive crisis intervention and disaster behavioral health services to emergency responders, and other professions, organizations and communities worldwide.

The Michigan Crisis Response Association (MCRA) is a cooperative effort of crisis response teams throughout the State of Michigan. There are approximately 56 registered teams in Michigan whose membership is comprised of individuals from law enforcement, fire and emergency medical services, hospital staff, clergy, educators, and mental health professionals.
